Manage your profile, appearance, and privacy preferences.
You can find your account settings at polariseducation.ai/settings. Three tabs cover everything: Profile, Appearance, and Privacy.
Profile
This is the name other people in your organization see when you join a session or show up in a report. We set this when your account is created. If you need to change it, your organization administrator can update it for you.
Appearance
Light or dark mode, plus a couple of brand color variants. Pick whatever's easiest on your eyes. Whatever you choose stays with you, so if you switch from your laptop to your phone, you don't have to reset it.
Privacy
Two toggles, plus a note about deleting your account.

Recording consent. Whether your voice can be recorded during a listening session. You'll see this same toggle at the start of every session, and you can change it any time. If you turn it off mid-year, Polaris stops recording you in future sessions.

Voice privacy. When on, your voice is replaced with a stand-in voice that reads your responses back to teachers. They hear what you said without hearing your actual voice. The written transcript still shows your exact words — only the audio playback is regenerated.

Account deletion. Reach out to your organization administrator if you want your account and recordings deleted. They can put in the request for you.
