When to reach out
You can write to us for anything related to Polaris: sign-in trouble, missing a report, questions about how a session went, curiosity about how we handle privacy, pricing for an upcoming year, or scoping out a paid add-on like facilitator training, student co-analysis, or a data workshop. If you're not sure whether something falls under "support," reach out anyway and we'll point you in the right direction.
If your district is already working with us
You probably have a dedicated Polaris team member from your initial onboarding. They know your district, your timeline, and what you've shipped so far, so reaching out to them directly tends to get you an answer faster.
