When to reach out
You can write to us for anything related to Polaris: sign-in trouble, missing a report, questions about how a session went, curiosity about how we handle privacy, pricing for an upcoming year, or scoping out a paid add-on like host training, participant co-analysis, or a data workshop. If you're not sure whether something falls under "support," reach out anyway and we'll point you in the right direction.
If your district is already working with us
You probably have a Polaris contact from your onboarding. They know your district and your timeline, so they're usually the fastest route. If you don't know who that is, email support@polariseducation.ai and we'll connect you with them.
