Pricing

How we price Polaris and why we keep it public.

Pricing for Polaris is on the marketing site at polariseducation.ai/pricing. The numbers are public for a reason — but the short answer is: go look, see if it fits your district, and reach out from there.

Why we keep it transparent

A lot of edtech pricing is "contact us for a quote," which usually means the number depends on how many seats you're rumored to have, how badly you seem to want it, and how well your finance team negotiates. That's a strange way to start a partnership focused on listening to students.

Because we're a nonprofit, the price you see is what we need to sustain the team building Polaris and keep iterating on it. There's no margin we're trying to protect, so there's no reason to hide what things cost. If your district has a tight budget, telling us up front saves everyone time — we'll usually find a path forward.

What's included

The published pricing covers the platform itself plus the human review that goes into every report. The optional add-ons — facilitator training, student co-analysis, data workshops, on-site PD — are scoped separately and listed on the same page so you can see exactly what each piece costs.

How to pay

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through Stripe. Most districts pay that way because it's the fastest.

If your district prefers to pay by check (which is common for purchase-order flows), make it payable to Human Restoration Project and mail to:

Human Restoration Project 1333 Buckeye Ave #1040 Ames, IA 50100

EIN 84-3753948 if your accounts-payable team needs it for setting up the vendor.
